important things to know...
» Appointments are not necessary, however please call first as there are some days that we do not accept consignment due to full inventory.  
» To provide everyone an equal opportunity, we suggest that items are limited to 20 pieces per month per consigner.
» Winter items accepted from Sept - February. Sping and Summer March -August
» Clothing must be freshly washed (unless it is new with tags), folded and arrive in boxes, totes or sturdy gift bags, (no garbage bags please).
» Only clothing that is void of stains, broken zippers, rips, tears or holes will be considered for consignment.
» Toys, videos, DVD's and Cd's must be clean, in working order, in their original packaging, contain all parts & pieces and be accompanied with new batteries if applicable.
» Books must have all its pages and be free from tears and inscriptions.
» Equipment must be throughly clean, meet government Safety standards and be accompanied by batteries if needed. Please include instruction manuals if you still have them.
» Due to liability reasons monkeychip's does not accept car seats, cribs or strollers.
» Prices are determined by and priced at Monkeychip's. Commission on consignment items is 40% of the selling price.
» Consigned items will be given a maximum of 3 months to sell Any unsold items will be returned to you or donated to charity.
» You will have one month from the end of your contract to pick up any wanted unsold items or they will automatically be donated to charity. It is your responsibility to check on your account for monies owing and or for clothing returns.
» Payouts are done Monday - Friday and or accrued monies can be used towards merchandise in the store.
» Accounts expire within one year of inactivity.
