monkeychip's story (and then some)

...in a far away land, was a beautiful fair maiden named Heather and her unbelievably, gorgeous, delicious, perfect, Princess, Tanae. They lived on the glorious Sunshine Coast of B.C., a magical place surrounded by rich blue ocean where huge old growth trees lined the shoreline and animals roamed free. It sounds like a fairy tale love story, doesn't it? Well, perhaps it is...except for one thing. They had almost everything they could wish for, but were still not happy. A terrible curse had been cast upon the land and there was no where to spend their gold on their children.

No where to shop!!!! I mean, what was a girl to do? I suppose one could just hop on a fairy and head into the next Magical Kingdom (Vancouver), but then the magical kingdom she lived in would never prosper. As time passed, Heather's unbelievably, gorgeous, delicious, perfect, Princess was now three and had many clothes that no longer fit and little gold to replace them. But this terrible curse was still laid upon this magical land. Now as a single maiden with an unbelievably, gorgeous, delicious, perfect, Princess, Heather had to put an end to this terrible curse so she could provide her daughter with the best, most affordable clothing she could offer her. Heather thought of buying a spinning wheel and making her own - but we all remember what happened to poor Sleeping Beauty now don't we?!

One day, as the bells in the castle chimed midnight, Heather was struck with an idea. Why not open her own fabulous store where people could come from all across the land to sell there wares and buy incredible things for themselves and their children? As the word spread through the land, the spell was broken and all the little Prince and Princess were outfitted in fabulous clothing. Now the Magic of this story did not stop there, soon the magical kingsdon was filled with children with perfectly cut hair, portraits of them were framed and hung, babies were entertained and grandparents looked forward to the little ones visitng - all because of a magical store called Monkeychip's. So, is it a love story? Well, it may not be about Heather and a handsome young Prince (yet), but for Monkeychip's the magic is only just beginning.. .And they all lived happily ever after.

And the fair maiden's unbelievably, gorgeous, delicious, perfect, Princess was the best dressed princess in all the land.

MONKEYCHIP PRODUCTIONS was established in 2003 and MONKEYCHIP'S KIDZ RERUNZ AND NEW ONEZ, PORTRAITS AND KIDZ HAIRCUTZ opened November 1st, 2004. Heather White has lived on the coast for the past 8 years and her unbelievably, gorgeous, delicious, perfect daughter is now 6.
